Valion Digital
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Valion Digital services.
1. Custom Digital Services
Most Valion Digital services involve custom work, planning, design, setup, writing, configuration, and time allocation. Because of this, refunds are limited once work has started.
2. Before Work Starts
If a client pays and cancels before any work has started, access has been requested, planning has been done, or time has been allocated, Valion Digital may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion, less any payment processing or administrative fees where applicable.
3. After Work Starts
Once work has started, setup fees and project payments are generally non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
Work may include planning, research, design, copywriting, account setup, website build work, revisions, communication, strategy, or technical setup.
4. Completed or Delivered Work
No refunds are provided for completed, delivered, published, or substantially completed work.
5. Monthly Services
Monthly support, optimisation, maintenance, or retainer services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly payments already made are not refundable once the billing period has started or work for that period has begun.
6. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Fees
Domain registrations, hosting fees, software subscriptions, ad spend, email hosting, paid tools, and third-party platform fees are generally non-refundable, as they are charged by external providers.
7. Delays Caused by Missing Client Information
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required content, access, approvals, or feedback, this does not automatically qualify the client for a refund.
8. Service Issues
If there is a legitimate issue with the delivered work, the client should notify Valion Digital so we can review and correct reasonable issues within the agreed project scope.
9. How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via WhatsApp or email. The request should include the client name, business name, service purchased, and reason for cancellation.
