These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Valion Digital, including website design, landing pages, WhatsApp enquiry systems, digital setup work, basic online visibility improvements, and related digital marketing services.
1. Services
Valion Digital provides custom digital services based on the package, proposal, invoice, written WhatsApp confirmation, or agreement accepted by the client.
Services may include, but are not limited to, landing page design, website setup, WhatsApp click-to-chat integration, basic Google Business Profile guidance, online presence improvements, ad setup assistance, and ongoing support where agreed.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of work will be confirmed before payment or project commencement. Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
- Starter packages usually include a landing page and basic WhatsApp enquiry setup.
- Growth packages may include a stronger website or mini-site, offer structure, enquiry flow, and ongoing support.
- Monthly services apply only where a monthly plan or retainer has been agreed.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, business details, logos, images, service descriptions, approvals, and access where required. Delays in providing information or approvals may delay delivery.
4. Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revisions, and the availability of required content or access.
5. Payments
Work generally starts after payment or deposit confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment links, invoices, or written payment instructions may be used to confirm the order.
6. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Costs
Domain names, hosting, software subscriptions, paid plugins, paid templates, ad spend, email hosting, and third-party platform fees are separate costs unless specifically stated as included in writing.
Where Valion Digital assists with setup, the client remains responsible for ongoing third-party costs unless a specific hosting or maintenance plan has been agreed.
7. Revisions
Packages include reasonable revisions related to the agreed scope. Major changes, full redesigns, new pages, additional integrations, or significant changes after approval may be billed separately.
8. Results & Marketing Performance
Valion Digital builds systems designed to improve online presentation, enquiries, and conversion flow. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, ad results, lead volumes, sales, or business revenue. Results depend on factors such as market demand, offer strength, budget, competition, business reputation, pricing, and response speed.
9. Ownership
After full payment, the client may use the completed website copy, layout, and design assets created specifically for their project. Valion Digital may retain reusable internal processes, frameworks, code structures, and non-client-specific methods used to deliver the service.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are described in the Refund Policy. Custom digital work may become non-refundable once work has started.
11. Limitation of Liability
Valion Digital is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, platform outages, advertising account issues, third-party service interruptions, or business losses arising from factors outside our control.
